i have a back pain for more then four months. I have tried different options but that was not able to solve the problem. Unlike your normal massage gun that you have to hold to your back and move it around different places, this one is large enough to cover my whole back without me having to do anything. Simply turn the machine on, select the mode and intensity, and lean slightly against it (I also have a seat cushion to help with the placement as well). This setup works really well because it frees up my hand while I am working, so this makes multitasking much easier. The pressure could be quite intense on the higher levels, but I have been able to use this a few times without charging (I think the runtime is 15 mins each time). Definitely worthwhile if you are always on the computer and want a back massager, but don't want to be holding onto it all the time.

Got this because ski season started recently and I am always so damn sore after a ski day. I thought I would get something I could use in all the parts of my body that get sore. I also didn’t want something I would have to operate myself because after a long ski day I just want to chill and sit so this just working while I sit with it has been so nice. I find the 16 heads to work really good and give my back and feet and legs really good coverage and overall helps with my soreness a good deal. I have used the hand held ones and this is just so much easier to deal with and honestly works better for the big surface areas that are sore for me.

5 Star SO FAR - I just got the package and instantly opened it and then zipped over to my barn. My horses glutes and shoulders get SUPER tight and well I needed to save my hands when we are doing heavy work days... This product is quiet enough that he never flinched and it is powerful enough that he was practically drooling as I worked. I am hoping it holds up to use and if it does I will be recommending it to my other equestrian friends!
